Great for taking photos and posting them on Instagram. ![]() The decoration of this Punk Me Tender inspired rooftop and the olive and lemon trees that are planted there give this place a fairy-tale, unreal dimension. The Astra rooftop is beautifully appointed with an open-air terrace that can accommodate up to 200 people. There you can eat, among other things, a horiataki, a traditional Greek salad or a succulent paidakia, charcoal grilled lamb chops. If you are a fan of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, I think Astra is a good choice. It’s a well-appointed space where you can listen to music from a variety of international DJs and live bands every night, snuggled up in comfortable, cushioned sofas. You’ll feel a little out of place in this original, different setting, but, you won’t be disappointed, you’ll have fun with your friends, because Gramps offers a rich program with live music, comedy, DJs, cultural events and fun.ĪSTRA is a rooftop restaurant, bar and lounge, where you can watch spectacular sunsets while enjoying the best wines and cocktails. This quirky bar is actually a true reflection of the neighborhood it’s in, Wynwood, with its outdated furniture, vintage video game collection and open-air tiki bar. It’s a bar where you can sip a beer or enjoy a craft cocktail or even eat a pizza in a slightly retro setting. Located in the heart of the artistic district of Wynwood in Miami, Gramps announces the colors by this inscription posted at the entrance: “air conditioning, cold beer, cocktails”, these are a fortiori the ingredients of success for a bar. Here is a selection of my favorite bars and rooftop to go for a drink or spend the whole evening sipping cocktails with live music. A boat cruise to enjoy an evening in Miami.Watch a late night movie at Cinepolis Coconut Grove. The top nightclubs and clubs to party in Miami.I hope that personnel will receive training on how to properly treat customers. I cannot express enough how disappointing this experience at Gramps was. The management was called at one point, and although the manager was more cordial, he unfortunately did not solve the situation. I am certain that the owners and management of this establishment would not appreciate the way that the hosts/bouncers treated us. It is unacceptable to insult customers and speak to them in a disparaging tone. Unfortunately, we will NEVER again be visiting this location, and the members of our large party have all expressed the same sentiment. We have visited this spot previously for business meetings as well as casual meetings. They represented Gramps in an EXTREMELY poor and absolutely TERRIBLE manner. There were a male and female duo who perhaps were tired from working and took it out on our party. I am completely appalled by the behavior of several individuals who work in this location, especially the male host/bouncer who was working on Saturday night (April 24, 2021). ![]()
